“Great customer service and affordable. We had an appointment elsewhere but they were more than an hour behind (typical for that place) so we called Le Toy and they got us in and out in under 20 minutes. Oil change included topping off all fluids, basic vehicle check, and no-pressure estimate and recommendation for other upcoming services.

“I really like these guys! The shop is clean and well organized. My 1998 toyota runs like a top now! All mechanical work is too expensive, but I believe the owner Bin and his guys are fair... even gave me a senior discount!!”

“Im a return customer. I come back for the awesome service this shop provides. I brought my car that was running just fine and told them I just wanted the plugs done for my piece of mind. Usually a shop will try the ole okey doke and tell me, 'welll we have to do a diagnostic that will be 150, blah blah blah.' Not Letoy. They said okay no prob. Also I informed them it was my only car and i needed it back the same day. The owner said get it in on this day at this time and I'll get it back to you. That is exactly what they did.”

“Thank you so much to Darshana and your crew at Le-Toy. Some of the nicest people I have meet in a long time. My Chevy Suburban radiator got a crack in it and they replaced it for me the next day. I was so pleased with the work and the cost. Cannot recommend these people enough. I have my go to repair shop now will not go anywhere else.”

“We were referred to this shop by a friend and couldn't be happier. I had previously taken my Sequoia to the dealership, where they tried to convince me that my car needed a lot of work that would not only be costly, but I suspected also unnecessary. The owner of Le-Toy, Bin, is extraordinary as a mechanic and business owner. He is friendly, professional, helpful, and amazingly honest. He's not going to tell you your car needs work that it doesn't and his prices are fair. He also went out of his way to get my car in and out as quickly as possible. There is obviously good reason his employees have been working there a long time. I think once people start going to this place for service, they'd never go any place else in town.”

“Frustrated that we were not able to get our car in to the dealership after numerous attempts to check engine light, we were referred here by the guys at Big Brand Tires. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and agreed to try and see what they could do to help and said they would try and look it over before the end of the day. Being they were very busy and had plenty of cars ahead of us we appreciated even the offer to help. We left the car and as soon as we left the dealership called to get our car in right away as it was covered under warranty so we went back and explained and picked the car up resulting in Le-toy not having to look at it after all. Even so we are very appreciative of their attempt and for their help. We highly recommend them esp. for their customer service.”

“I've been taking my vehicles to Bin for over 20 years or more. Bin has always given me great service and has always been cheaper than the dealer by 15 to 25%. His professionalism and knowledge along with his staff has been second to none. I now live in Visalia, Ca but several times I've taken my vehicles for the 60 mile drive just for them to work on any of my Toyota vehicles.”

“Friday evening about 5:30, blazing hot day--over 105. I'm driving my 2000 Honda Civic south on I-5 toward L.A. when suddenly I notice my temperature gauge is nearly vertical and close to the red. What?! I keep my car in good shape, it never overheats. I pull over to the shoulder and slow down drastically. Luckily I'm very close to the Stockdale off ramp where there are gas stations, motels and an iHOP. I pull into the shade and cool the car down. Expecting coolant has boiled off, I remove the radiator cap to flush it with coolant, but it's full. Huh. Maybe the thermostat.. Vagabond Inn claims 'Free Wi-Fi' -- 'But it's slow.', says the clerk. 'No it isn't', I tell her later, 'it's non-existent. Google Maps won't load.' As luck would have it I just got a smart phone. Planning for morning, I look for service in Bakersfield, which is about 20 miles east. I leave messages with Barber Honda, and others.

Saturday morning. Nobody returned my call. I try various Bakersfield shops at random, calling around. Recordings. No response until I call Le-Toy Motors. Mr Patel, the owner, answers the phone. I tell him my problem. He gives me the phone number for a tow truck. In half an hour the truck arrives and takes me by the most direct route to the shop. My iPhone told me the shop was 20 miles away, and I was charged for exactly 20 miles. Le-Toy quickly figures out the trouble, a failed fan switch. They also spot a small crack in my plastic radiator, not currently a problem, but it will be before long, especially because I'll be running the a/c during this heat wave. They fixed my car, charged me a fair price, and soon I was on my way home. When car trouble strikes, and it will, you'd be lucky to find mechanics like the men at Le-Toy Motors.”
